About Mahir Qur’an Academy
Unlike conventional Hifz programs, the Mahirul Qur’an curriculum integrates thematic understanding, Hadith correlation, and practical application into the memorization process. The method is designed to be accessible even to students with no prior background in Arabic grammar or linguistic studies.
The curriculum aims to:
Facilitate comprehension of key Qur’anic concepts, including Tawheed, Risalah, and Akhirah.
Reinforce learning through conceptual repetition, discussion, and reflection (Tadabbur).
Encourage independent thought, enabling students to articulate and explain the verses they have memorized.

Mahir Qur’an Academy, established in 2012 under the leadership of Abdul Khayyoom Busthani in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is an institution dedicated to advancing Qur’anic education through a unique and effective methodology that emphasizes both memorization and understanding of the Qur’an.
This approach, known as the Mahirul Qur’an Method, has been successfully implemented in numerous Qur’anic institutions affiliated with the Riyadh Indian Islahi Center, producing hundreds of students who not only memorize the Qur’an but also comprehend its meanings, themes, and context with clarity and confidence.
